AutoPostMD Platform Agreement

Welcome to AutoPostMD

The plug-and-post content assistant built for busy professionals. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AutoPostMD website, app, and services (collectively, the "App" or "Platform"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

Important Notice

By accessing or using AutoPostMD, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Overview of Services

AutoPostMD provides tools to help users manage and automate their social media posting. Features include:

Uploading and queuing video content

Smart daily scheduling

AI-generated captions and video descriptions

Integration with: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Option to post content automatically or manually approve posts

Content consistency tracker ("Posting Streaks")

2. User Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are solely responsible for the activity under your account.

3. Social Media Authorization

By connecting your social accounts via OAuth, you explicitly grant AutoPostMD permission to:

Platform Access

Access your connected platforms' APIs
Post content on your behalf

Data Management

Retrieve analytics or post history data
Store tokenized access credentials securely

Note: You can revoke access at any time within your social platform's security settings.

4. Content Rights & Responsibility

You retain full ownership of the videos and content you upload.

You grant AutoPostMD a limited license to process and publish that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling its services.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not:

Infringe any copyright, trademark, or other rights
Violate HIPAA, GDPR, or any applicable laws
Contain false medical claims, hate speech, or inappropriate material

5. HIPAA & Compliance

While AutoPostMD is designed for healthcare professionals, we do not store or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. Users are responsible for ensuring the content they upload is de-identified and compliant with applicable privacy laws.

We do not process or store patient data

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest

Not a covered entity or business associate

6. GDPR Notice (For Users in the EU)

AutoPostMD processes data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

We collect only necessary personal data (e.g., login email)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data

You can opt out of communications at any time

Data is stored securely and never sold without consent

7. FTC Compliance

AutoPostMD makes no guarantees of specific performance outcomes (e.g., follower growth, revenue increase). All testimonials or claims made are representative and may not reflect your individual results.

8. Subscription & Billing

AutoPostMD operates on a subscription model.

By subscribing, you agree to the current pricing plan and authorize recurring charges.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account dashboard. Canceling does not refund previously paid periods.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or use it for unlawful activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

AutoPostMD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

We are not responsible for missed posts, API changes, downtime, or third-party platform issues

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the App

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted here and may be sent via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
