AutoPostMD does not promise audience growth, engagement, patient acquisition, platform approval, uninterrupted provider access, or a particular publishing outcome.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
The launch plan supports one owner and one physician or practice workspace unless AutoPostMD agrees otherwise in writing.
3. Social-platform authorization
You choose which supported social accounts to connect. When you authorize a connection, you instruct AutoPostMD to use the permissions shown by that provider to identify your selected destination, submit content you approve, retrieve publishing status or identifiers, and maintain the connection needed for those actions.
You may disconnect an account in AutoPostMD or revoke access through the provider. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete content already published to that platform.
Your use of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok also remains subject to each provider's terms, policies, permissions, availability, and review requirements.
4. Your content and publishing responsibility
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant AutoPostMD a limited license to host, process, format, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide and support the service.
You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights, releases, consents, licenses, and professional approvals needed to upload and publish the video, audio, names, images, music, trademarks, patient stories, and other material you provide.
Review every draft, destination, audience setting, visibility choice, and scheduled time before confirmation.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or malicious content.
Do not use AutoPostMD to impersonate others, mislead patients, or violate a provider's rules.
AutoPostMD is not a medical-record system and is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant service at launch.
5. Healthcare-data boundary
Do not upload protected health information, medical records, or patient-identifying content unless and until AutoPostMD expressly confirms in writing that an appropriate legal and contractual framework is available. AutoPostMD does not enter into a Business Associate Agreement through these Terms.
You remain responsible for patient authorization, advertising rules, professional obligations, and the accuracy and appropriateness of healthcare content you publish.
6. AI-assisted publishing drafts
AutoPostMD may use automated systems to create suggested titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, and related publishing fields from material you provide. These outputs are drafts, may contain errors, and do not constitute medical, legal, marketing, or compliance advice.
You must review and approve AI-assisted output before publishing. AutoPostMD does not certify clinical accuracy or guarantee compliance with professional or platform standards.
7. Trial, subscription, and payment
The launch offer includes a 14-day trial that does not require a credit card unless the signup page clearly states otherwise before enrollment. Paid access, annual options, founding pricing, included capacity, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at purchase.
Subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until canceled. You authorize our payment provider to charge the applicable fees. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are nonrefundable. We may suspend paid features after a failed or overdue payment.
8. Availability, providers, and liability
Social providers may change APIs, permissions, limits, review status, or availability without our control. A submitted request is not the same as a confirmed published post. AutoPostMD will use publishing results returned by the provider when available.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AutoPostMD disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. AutoPostMD's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid AutoPostMD during the three months before the event giving rise to that claim, except where such a limitation is prohibited.
9. Suspension, cancellation, and deletion
You may cancel your subscription and stop using the service. You may request account deletion as described on the Data Deletion page. We may restrict or terminate access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms.
Deletion from AutoPostMD does not remove posts already sent to a social platform. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or financial accounting.
10. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The posted effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions may be sent to support@autopostmd.com. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@autopostmd.com.
